Twirling or spinning is popular for the simple reason - almost anyone can learn. Apart from being intensely fun, it's also great exercise and looks spectacular.
But where fire is restricted, glo is go. Safe, non-polluting, and equally visibly spectacular, illuminated toys are able to be used where fire is an obvious hazzard (such as inside at home, clubs and parties etc)
